You know you should post on Facebook, Instagram and Google, but there’s never time and it’s hard to know what to write. RankByMe writes the posts for you, ready to go.

What it does

RankByMe writes ready-to-post content for your Facebook Page, Instagram and Google Business Profile, from your own business details (your services, the cities you serve, how you like to talk) and your own photos. Every post comes in three versions, one for each place.

• Post a job photo: add a photo of work you just finished, and a short note if you like. You get three posts written around it.
• Plan your month: get a month of posts by date: your services, tips, the areas you serve, common questions and seasonal posts, each with a fitting photo from your website.
• Change anything: edit the text yourself, or ask for it to be written again.

How you post today

For now, you copy each post and download its photo, then post it yourself on Facebook, Instagram or Google. RankByMe doesn’t connect to your social accounts yet, and nothing is posted for you.

• You approve every post. Nothing is published unless you click to publish it.
• You can disconnect anytime, in RankByMe or in your Facebook settings.

Your data

We use Facebook and Instagram access only to publish the posts you approve. We never sell it, and you can disconnect anytime. Photos you add go to your own website’s photo library; we don’t keep them on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy, or see how to delete your data.
